The 4th Chocolate Fest starts in Lviv on February 11.

 

Opened by Roberto Loretti, an Italian tenor, it will last for 4 days. According to the organizers, about 2 tonnes of chocolate will be consumed during the celebration. Also a "chocolate fashion show" will take place on the first day of the fest.

 

 

Andriy Sydor says the schedule of the fest is going to be really tense:

 

February 11 – The opening ceremony with the participation Roberto Loretti and the chocolate fashion show by Lviv Chocolate Workshop.

 

February 12 – Valentyn Shtefanio, a confectioner, creates a chocolate city – "Chocolate Lviv”.

 

February 13 – The presentation of the longest chocolate cake by Vien Coffee Shop.

 

February 14 – lots of different "chocolate contests" dedicated to St. Valentine’s day, a romantic trip for two provided by Turkish Airlines being the main prize.

 

The holiday will take place in Lviv Art Palace, at Market Square and by the Opera Theatre. The process of making sweets will be presented by the Improvised Chocolate Factory and special master classes will be held by Dasha Malahova.
